Job Opportunity at Timebomb Trading

Timebomb is growing and is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Skills and Attributes Required:
· Customer service experience a must.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook.
· Ability to work in a face-paced environment
. Amazing on the phone, common sense, enthusiasm.
. French speaking a *huge* asset.

Duties include:
· Fielding customer calls
· Analyzing customers’ concerns/problems
· Resolving customers’ issues in a timely manner
· Resolving sales reps’ issues
· Assisting in other office matters, etc..

Full-time, Monday-Friday, Start date asap. Ability to drive to Burnaby/Marine location required.
